One of the best things about being middle age is that we are comfortable enough in our own skin to be ourselves (or in process to be ourselves). We can wake up and decide what outfit we like, not what we “should” wear. We have our own style, like, maybe workout gear that I never work out in.

Ohhhhh girls, there is judgment, but as Taylor Swift would say “haters gonna hate hate hate hate”. Why are song lyrics coming to mind? My brain also went to “put your hands in the air and wave them like you just don’t care”. O.k., enough of that.
Seriously, though, this is our time! Middle age is a point that we have lived out probably more than half of our life and we have earned the right to rock whatever look we feel good in. It is about deciding what we want for ourselves and for our lives. It is time to explore what makes our hearts happy. And the rest, we will leave behind because it is time to be brave and to make some hard decisions about things that may not be working for us anymore. To be honest, maybe they never did.
So, take this day on like you have an S on your shirt, go forth and you do you girl!!!
