Hey, Girl — Hey!
I have been passionate helping people find their path to joy. I have a thing for people who have walked through the fire and still dance in the rain. I find joy in connection with anyone and everyone. I love life – I even love the hard stuff. I love people who, like me, can laugh at themselves and be vulnerable enough to sit with others while they cry. I love girlfriends and the beautiful comfort that a group of amazing women can bring in our hardest days. I love family and the messiness of it all. I love my role as an entrepreneur and a keeper of secrets. I love gratitude and the way it fills my soul daily. I love glitter and everything sparkly. I love to laugh so hard that I end up crying.
I’m a long-term entrepreneur, a licensed therapist and a girl with a lot to say about a lot of things. I am obsessed with us living our best lives (if, of course, that means I don’t have to give up wine or start any kind of exercise: that is hard.). I have spent the last 25 years owning successful businesses and training and helping others walk through difficult paths. After getting ready to turn 50, I realized that I, too, have learned a heck of a lot about myself and through that process came: GIRL, GET WOKE! I’m obsessed with books, my daughter and husband, my girlfriends, travel, finding the best queso, and just laughing through it all. My passion project is to share this path to self-love and acceptance and start conversations that keep it real and authentic about what it is to be a woman in midlife.
