Are you feeling the weight of the world right now? This is hard. There is so much that is out of our control and we feel anxiety about it, but today I’m focusing on things we can do.
I want to talk to you about a journaling technique that is really effective in these kinds of situations. I also want to share some super-helpful tips for dealing with the mental and emotional ripple effects that we’re seeing in the wake of this pandemic. I’m talking about using Zoom to connect with friends, sticking to a schedule and harnessing the power of accomplishments to battle the blues.
